The Traynor YBA-1 rapidly became the voice of guitar players looking for massive tone and drive from their amp in the 60s and 70s. It has no less than four separate inputs. Note that each is designed with varying input sensitivities allowing for different tones.
Channel One inputs deliver higher gain and drive than the darker and warmer Channel Two inputs. However, each pair of inputs have their own highly responsive volume controls. Inputs can also be stacked. So this allows both inputs to be blended for that massive “vintage” tone.
The Traynor YBA-1 Tribute Head also has an output attenuator located on the back of the head. This is important as it allows the Traynor YBA-1 Tribute Head to be used in the studio, rehearsal hall or smaller stages. It also has five power level settings. Choose from 40, 20, 10, 5 and 2.5 watts. Consequently, the master level can be changed while leaving the tone of the amp unchanged.
So, if you’re looking for great sounding valves for Traynor YBA-1 Tribute Head amplifier you’ve certainly come to the best place.
