The Fender 64 Custom Deluxe Reverb amplifier (both the original versions and the reissues) use:

4 x ECC83 preamp valves (also called 12AX7).
1 x ECC81 (12AT7) for the reverb in position V3.
1 x Balanced ECC81 for the phase inverter in position V6.
1 x GZ34 rectifier valve.
2 x 6V6S matched power valves/power tubes.

The balanced ECC81 goes in the V6 position which is the preamp valve furthest from the input jack.
