The Sound City SC30 amplifier uses:

• 3 x ECC83 preamp valves (also called 12AX7).
• 1 x ECC81 (12AT7).
• 1 x Balanced ECC81 for the phase inverter (in position V5).
• 1 x GZ34 (5AR4) rectifier valve.
• 2 x KT66 matched power valves/power tubes.

 Note: The balanced ECC81 goes in the V5 position which is the preamp valve furthest from your input jack.
