4 x ECC83 (also called 12AX7) preamp valves.
1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase inverter (position V5).
2 x EL34 matched power valves/power tubes.

About the amp.

The Rivera R Series comprises of three models, the “Thirty Twelve”, the “Fifty Five Twelve” and the “Hundred Duo Twelve”. Sounds like the marketing department had a few drinks the night before.

The “Thirty Twelve” is renowned for great build quality and a superb clean channel.

Essentially this can be thought of as the same amp as the Chubster with a little less power and a different shaped cabinet. Thirty watts of power into a Celestion 12″ speaker.

Rivera’s standard feature set: 2 channels (1 fender, 1 Marshall) foot-switchable boost (independent for each channel: gain boost for the Marshall channel, Clean boost aka “Ninja” boost for the fender channel) and channel switching.
