We always recommend JJ valves for Mesa Boogie amplifiers. This is because they guarantee awesome tone and power but don’t cost you a fortune.
You can order these singly, the power valves as matched quads or a complete set.
If you want to get your amp sounding better than ever we recommend you change all your valves at the same time.
So bring back the power and sparkle to your guitar amplifier. Treat yourself to a new set of valves and hear the difference.

The reason we don’t sell Mesa tubes is that Mesa doesn’t make amplifier tubes. They simply buy them from the main five manufacturers, of which JJ is one, and then rebrand them. We think they are overpriced.
However, what Mesa do promise is their valves are perfectly matched and biased so you don’t have to rebias the amp. That’s great – and we guarantee that too, but without the hefty markup because we buy directly from the valve manufacturer.
To celebrate their 35th year of making amplifiers, Mesa Boogie brought out the Mark V:35 1×12 Combo. It is also available in head form so you can use it with a variety of cabinets. Stunning sound and awesome build quality guaranteed. These models have 2 channels with separate controls and feature Mesa’s CABCLONE technology.
Using something called Dyna-Watt™ technology this amp is designed for high-performance sound. It has amazing headroom and power when you select 35 Watts, while two low power options, 25 and 10 Watts provide a looser feel and allow you to drive the amp harder at lower volumes. Each of the 3 Power Level settings has its own particular character.
The head has a solid 5 band eq that lets you fine-tune your sound exactly how you want it on stage. The power selector switches are right next to the EQ for easy access so you can make changes quickly between songs.
