The Fender Vibro-King amplifier uses:

• 4 x ECC83 (also known as 12AX7) preamp valves.
• 1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase inverter.
• 1 x 6V6S for the reverb.
• 2 x 6L6GC power valves.

Note some very early models used an EL84 for the reverb in place of the 6V6S so please check your amp before ordering.

When I say “early” the amp was only released in 1993. Fender has released several new versions of this amp since the initial release. These include the Vibro-King Custom, the VK212, and the 20th Anniversary edition.
