Best valves for Epiphone Electrar amplifier

The Epiphone Electrar amplifier uses:

• 1 x ECC83 preamp valves (also called 12AX7).
• 1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase inverter (in position V2).
• 2 x EL84 matched power valves/power tubes.

 Note: The balanced ECC83 goes in the V2 position which is the preamp valve furthest from your input jack.

A brand new set of valves will get your amp sounding better than ever. 

This amp was originally supplied with Russian Sovtek valves which we have available to ensure the correct sound.

We also stock JJ and Electro Harmonix valves if you prefer those brands.
