The ENGL Special Edition E670 amplifier uses:

4 x ECC83 (also called 12AX7) preamp valves.
1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase inverter (in position V9).
4 x 6L6GC matched power valves/power tubes.

The balanced ECC83 valve goes in the V9 position which is the preamp furthest from the input jack.

This amp also has the ability to be configured for EL34, EL34 II, EL34L, 5881 and KT77 power valves.
