Are you looking for great-sounding valves for the Blackstar HT Club 40 and HT Club 40 MKII amplifiers? You’ve come to the right place.
Valves for Blackstar HT Club 40 amplifier.
The Blackstar HT Club 40 and HT Club 40 MKII amplifiers use;
- 2 x ECC83 (also known as 12AX7) preamp valve.
- 2 x EL34 Matched power valves/power tubes.
The reason you don’t need a balanced preamp valve on this amp is that the phase inverter is solid state.
We recommend JJ valves for the Blackstar Club 40 amplifier due to their awesome tone. These selected premium-grade valves deliver superior tone and power.
However, we also stock Electro Harmonix valves if you prefer this brand over the JJs. Both makes will deliver awesome tone and performance.
