The Peavey Valveking 112 uses 2 x ECC83 (also called 12AX7) preamp valves, 1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase splitter position (V3) and 2 x 6L6GC matched power valves/power tubes.

About the Peavey Valveking 112 amp:
The Peavey Valveking 112 amp is a 50-watt versatile guitar amplifier. Peavey ValveKing amps feature a patented, variable Class A-A/B control called Texture. This allows sweepable selection between Class A and Class A/B power structures, as well as any combination of the two.
This Peavey Valveking has 2 channels, but the footswitch comes separately. It also has a send and a return. The footswitch jack for the channels is in the back of the amp. It can also hook into another cab from a jack in the rear.
It has a bright button, which works great for clean leads, it has a volume boost and a gain boost button, and the a->a/b texture control works great and is also located in the rear panel. The Peavey Valveking 112 also has a button for loose and tight resonance.
On top of that there in master control for reverb, which sounds good, and 3 band EQs for both channels separately. Each channel also has a separate volume control. The overdrive channel on the Peavey Valveking 112 is also obviously has a gain control. It is also surprisingly light.
