About the Orange Signature 4 Jim Root Terror amp:

The Orange Signature 4 Jim Root Terror is a signature head from legendary Slipknot/Stonesour guitarist Jim Root. It is a 15 watt, single-channel head powered by 3 x ECC83s, 1 x ECC81 and a pair of EL84s. Voiced for Root’s brutal tone, the Orange Signature #4 Jim Root Terror features Volume, Gain and a three-band EQ. This offers plenty of tonal controls while also giving you the option of clean through to Terror overdrive.

This amp also features an effects loop allowing you to use any external effects pedals. A lack of Effects Loop was the most common issue with the original Tiny Terror. Built into the main power switch, along with a standby, is a power soak for cutting the output power from 15 watts to 7 watts.

This amp is portable in a small metal chassis and is ideal for home use, rehearsals or recording. It could also be gigged with if there is an in-house PA available.
