About the Jet City JCA100HDM
The Jet City JCA100HDM is their flagship guitar amplifier. It has two channels of Soldano tone and 100 watts of output power. It uses 5 x ECC83s and 4 x 6L6GCs to power a Crunch channel that has plenty of headroom for spanky cleans. Also featuring an Overdrive channel with the same overdrive that made Soldano famous. Note, The Jet City JCA100HDM also has an additional Depth control that the JCA100H doesn’t have.
The Jet City JCA100HDM can also switch off two of the four power valves which takes the 100 watt output down to 50 watts. Due to this, the power section is working harder so saturated gain can be achieved at lower levels. This makes this amp ideal for live use, rehearsals and recording, although it may be a bit loud at home. The Jet City JCA100HDM comes finished with wire mounted LED lighting the amps front panel. The colour can be changed, LEDs can be added or removed entirely. Conclusion: With this amount of tone and features this amp is perfect for the image conscious, tone purist.
