About the Soldano 44 amplifier:

First of all, the Soldano 44 is a 50 watt, single-channel combo. It uses 5 x ECC83 and 2 x matched 6L6GC, through a 12” Eminence Legend V1216, speaker.  The Soldano 44 is extremely flexible and can achieve sounds from Nashville clean through to great blues crunch.

The amp has Bass, Middle, Treble and Presence controls as well as a normal and lead volume. The lead volume is a foot-switchable boost on the single-channel making this amp perfect for gigging. A rotary impedance selector switch allows the use of 4, 8, or 16-ohm speaker cabinets. Two speaker outputs are provided in case the use of an extra speaker cabinet is required.
