The Traynor YCS90 offers the best of all worlds in a high powered all valve/tube combo. The Traynor YCS90 is capable of operating in either a 90-watt mode or a more manageable 20-watt pure. It also delivers high headroom and clarity or supersaturated lead & blues tones on demand.
Taking the Traynor YCS90 2×12 combo on the road is a breeze with the all-new Celestion G12 Century Vintage speakers on board. So they’re designed to deliver the classic Celestion G12 12-inch speaker tone but with a very lightweight magnet design.
Noteworthy is that the Traynor YCS90 has Scoop switches offering the player a choice of ‘vintage’ tube drive or a more aggressive ‘scooped’ guitar tone. It also has a solo boost level on the lead channel. This offers easy access to an additional gain stage. This is particularly relevant as it allows the amp to deliver a clean, crunch and lead tone from the simple two-button foot-switch.
