We always recommend JJ valves for this amplifier. This is because they guarantee you get awesome tone and long life and they don’t cost a fortune.
Remember, JJ is one of only five manufacturers in the world. So don’t pay higher prices for valves from the same factory that have simply been rebranded by other companies.

About the amp
We supply EH 6V6GT valves for this amp rather than the 6V6S. This is because some owners have reported that the 6V6s will not always fit inside the amp.
The Revv amplifier range is renowned for its build quality and superb tone. Manufactured in Canada these amps are becoming increasingly popular around the world. What Revv say about this amp:
“The G20 is the high-gain follow up to the world’s first Two notes Torpedo-Embedded amplifier. This all-tube head has an optional reactive load for organic feel & tone when playing without a cab & hosts virtual cabinets onboard for direct recording, silent playing, & live performance without a microphone.
With G20 we set out to build an amp that not only has this new modern feature-set but sounds incredible on its own as a standalone clean/crunch platform amplifier. Now the G20 brings you all of that functionality & tone + amazing fire-breathing gain built right in”.
