The Mesa Boogie JP2C amplifier uses:

4 x ECC83 preamp valves (also called 12AX7).
1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase inverter (in position V5).
4 x 6L6GC matched power valves/power tubes.

Note: The balanced ECC83 goes in the V5 position which is the preamp valve furthest from your input jack.
