Looking for great sounding valves for Line 6 Spider Valve MK1 Original or Mk11? You’ve come to the right place.
The Line 6 Spider Valve Mk11 212 amplifier (and the original SV 212 MKI) come in three different guises:
The amps are identical except for the following: the head uses four 6L6 power tubes, whereas the combos are 40-Watt amps with just two 6L6 power tubes each.
All models use two ECC83 (also known as 12ax7) preamp tubes. One of these is balanced for the phase splitter in the V2 position.
The speakers, meanwhile, are Celestion V30s.
We have also seen versions with 5880 power tubes so check inside your amp before ordering to see which valves are in your amplifier.
We always recommend a complete set of replacement valves for the Line 6 Spider Valve Mk11 amplifier. This is because they will guarantee awesome tone and power at a very competitive price. You can order these singly, as matched pairs instead of a complete set.
We strongly recommend that you change all your valves at the same time if you possibly can.
So bring back the power and sparkle to your guitar amplifier. Treat yourself to a new set of valves.
