We offer two superb valve kits for the Fender Blues Junior.
You can choose between a Sovtek set which is what your amp would have originally been supplied with. Fender, of course, rebrand these valves in their Groovetubes name but if you look you will see the Sovtek name underneath.
So if you love the original sound of your amp, this is the set for you and it will get your amp sounding like new again. It is our best selling valve kit.
Alternatively, a lot of our customers are big fans of JJ Electronics valves which are described as a little bit more “rock and roll”.
Both sets are Selected Premium Grade valves and will deliver superb tone and performance.
We also offer a Low Gain set if you find your amp is too loud or need more headroom and maximum cleans.
You can order your valves singly, the power valves as matched pairs, or a complete set. However, we strongly recommend you replace all your valves at the same time so your amp sounds better than ever.
Note, these valves are the correct valves for ALL Fender Blues Junior amplifiers. This includes the more recent Fender Blues Junior III and Fender Blues Junior IV amplifiers.
So bring back the power and sparkle to your guitar amplifier. Treat yourself to a new set of valves today and hear the difference.

About the Fender Blues Junior:
This handy-sized Fender is a 15-watt warm-toned, longtime favourite, the perfect grab-and-go valve amplifier for stage and studio. It’s known for the fat mid-tone characteristics of the EL-84 output tubes and warm 12AX7 pre-amp tube overdrive.
In addition, there’s real spring reverb, simple control layout, and external speaker capability. This is a loud amplifier for its size and is a clear favourite. The Blues Junior can also be modified with some quite cool mods.
Finally, this really is a handy little amp for all occasions. You can pick it up with one hand and put it in even the smallest boot. Yet you still get all the power and tone of a classic valve amp.
So if your budget is tight and the places you play are small, this is a really great choice of amp.
