The Cornford Roadhouse 30 amplifier, both the combo and the head, use:

• 2 x ECC83 preamp valves (also called 12AX7).
• 1 x Balanced ECC83 for the phase inverter (in position V3).
• 2 x 6L6GC matched power valves/power tubes.

 Note: The balanced ECC83 goes in the V3 position which is the preamp valve furthest from your input jack.
